What should be included in your month to month pricing?

Mortgage, utilities, and cleaning fees. You can either have a fixed price from January to December or vary prices based on low and high seasons.

Is the host exclusively with Mid Term Rental Properties?

No, you are free to list your property on other platforms.

What is the process when a booking comes in?

When a guest requests a booking in a specific area, we present properties in that area and surrounding regions. If your property is chosen, we notify you and check if it is available for the requested duration.

What is the price to onboard the property?

$99 for a 12-month period, during which your property will be listed in our inventory.

Can I onboard more than one property at a time?

Yes, the more properties you onboard, the greater your exposure to bookings.

Do I communicate with the guest?

No, we handle all communication with the guest from start to finish, as the guest signs a contract directly with us.

Do I sign anything with Mid Term Rental Properties?

Yes, hosts are required to sign a contract with Mid Term Rental Properties.

What happens in case of a maintenance issue?

The guest will notify us of any issues, which we will then relay to the host. The host will be responsible for sending out their handyman to resolve the issue.

How does Mid Term Rental Properties generate revenue?

We earn 15% on each booking from guests without additional fees, aside from an annual onboarding fee, ensuring transparency with no hidden costs.

What is your current occupancy rate in my area?

As a new company, we are currently building relationships with local businesses. At this stage, we do not have sufficient data to provide an occupancy rate.

Should I update MTRP with my availability calendar?

Yes, it is your responsibility to inform the MTRP team of any changes to your availability.

Are we required to allow potential guests to visit?

There may be bookings where you will be required to allow a visit. If you deny this request, you will not be presented to that guest.

Do I need to have a handyman?

Yes, you are required to have a handyman you are familiar with who has visited your property at least once.
